The girls were very patient and entertained each other with little intervention on my part while I finished getting the house ready for our friends' arrival. Having Josh down and Penny involved with playing with Brianne made cleaning go much faster and as promised we got to have some fun when I was done. The girls were very excited to chalk up the driveway with a welcome sign for everyone. Then there was lots of running, even after Brianne swore she didn't want to run around and I had bolused her for her snack, when we came in she was skating pretty darn low with the blood sugar. What better way to up your blood sugar and cool down than eat popsicles, lots of them, on doctor's/caretaker's orders!?!
