Today was the playgroup birthday party for me, but we were declared unclean with all three kids in various states of pestilence, non-contagious, but runny all the same, in many ways. So even though the party raged across the street we had to hang out at home and enjoy our own germs alone. The crew was nice enough to drop off some party hats and cake afterwards, I even got a little present and flowers. Thanks guys!
Penny insisted we all put on party hats, immediately. This meant Josh and Cailyn too. Amazingly enough the two little ones not only wore the hats but didn't seem to mind them in the slightest. They even posed for pictures, now that's a birthday present, even if it is three days late.
Cailyn's not teething, she just likes to explore her fist, a lot, all day, whenever she can. She's just a very inquisitive child.
