Allow Cailyn to demonstrate why bouncy seats have seat belts, and why despite Penny insisting Cailyn wants to get in it, we usually don't anymore.
She thinks she is very veyr funny, our little wriggly worm Cailyn. this is less sideways than she usually ends up, goober. You can see why when I rarely put her in it anymore, I do so on the floor. Even with the buckle she manages to scoot all around, it is rather impressive.
Penny's telepathic abilities proved correct with this on, Cailyn evidently really did want to get into the black camping chair.
